Individual Therapy
Therapy offers a dedicated space to understand yourself more deeply and move through what's weighing on you. Together, we tend to the past, make sense of the present, and build toward a life that feels more like your own.
-
You can book a free 30-minute consultation with me to discuss your goals for therapy, learn more about my approach, and get a sense of what treatment might look like.
During the consultation, I will ask you what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to work on. From there, we'll find a regular rhythm for sessions together.
-
The first session is a 75-minute diagnostic intake session. During that time, I will take the time more time to get to know you, learn more about your history, and gain a deeper understanding your present struggles. This will also be an opportunity for us to identify your goals and clarify your path forward for treatment.
-
My approach to therapy is centered on promoting personal growth and self-awareness, while also emphasizing the importance of social justice and equity.
My approach is eclectic and tailored to the needs of those I work with. I leverage psychodynamic-relational approaches which means we explore how your past and your closest relationships shape the patterns you live out today, while we use the safety of our therapeutic alliance as a place where those patterns can shift. I also weave in evidenced-based behavioral approaches such as CBT and DBT which offer strategies to enhance coping and identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.

Yes, I strive to meet my clients where they are at as long as I have capacity within my practice.
I protect a limited number of session slots at a reduced/sliding scale cost. Offerings are available depending on my current case load and discussion.
Couples Therapy
I support couples in moving through conflict, disconnection, and life's harder seasons toward greater understanding and closeness. My practice is affirming of all relationships, and I work with people across the spectrum of relationship structures, LGBTQ+ and Queer folx, polyamorous and non-monogamous partners, and inter-cultural couples—All with a goal to build communication, trust, and connection that honor the shape of their lives.
-
The beginning of our work is about understanding you from every angle. Together, we'll explore your history as a couple and what brings you in. Each partner will also meet with me individually, offering space to share your own perspective openly. This process gives me a full, balanced picture of your relationship, so the work ahead feels tailored to you both.
-
In couples work, I help partners deepen their emotional understanding of themselves and each other, so you can move beyond recurring conflict toward genuine connection. Together, we'll strengthen how you communicate, and I weave in practical, research-based exercises — including tools drawn from my Gottman Method training (Level 1 & 2), to help you build skills you can carry well beyond our session

Professional Consulting
The work we do as clinicians is demanding, and none of us should have to do it in isolation. I offer consultation and professional development for therapists and mental health professionals looking to deepen their clinical skill, strengthen their work with trauma and complex presentations, maternal mental health, and practice in more culturally responsive, liberation-minded ways. Whether you're seeking case consultation, support around racial and cultural dynamics in your work, or space to grow as a practitioner, I'd be glad to think alongside you.
-
Professional consultation is dedicated support for fellow clinicians and mental health professionals. I offer a space to think through your cases, strengthen your skills, and feel less alone in the work. Unlike therapy, consultation is focused on your professional growth and the care you provide, offering a collaborative, non-judgmental place to reflect, problem-solve, and deepen your clinical confidence.
-
I consult on trauma and complex presentations, relational-cultural and psychodynamic practice, and culturally responsive, liberation-minded care. I'm glad to support clinicians working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients, navigating racial and cultural dynamics in the therapy room, or deepening their work with maternal and reproductive mental health. Whether you're seeking case consultation, a sounding board for a particular clinical challenge, or guidance on growing your practice, we can shape our work around what you need most.
-
A one-time professional consultation session is $350 for 60 minutes. Please reach out to schedule or to discuss ongoing support. Rate for multiple consultation sessions is discussed during a brief consultation.
-
Yes. While some clinicians come for a single session or a specific question, many find ongoing consultation most valuable, a steady, trusted space to return to as their cases and practice evolve. I offer both one-time and recurring consultation, individually or in small groups, and we'll find a rhythm that supports your growth over time.
